10 Royal Family "Failures" to Be Revealed in New Book

Omid Scobie’s upcoming book, Endgame, is expected to reveal a lot of dirt on the royals.

Omid Scobie, journalist and author of the Harry and Meghan biography Finding Freedom, is thought to be a close friend of the controversial couple. His book about them provided insight into the relationship between the couple and the Royal Family, making it clear that he had insider sources. In June, he revealed that his next book, Endgame, would be published in November 2023, revealing "failures" and other things the Royal family should be "ashamed of." This week, Scobie gave fans a sneak peek of what types of revelations would be exposed in the explosive book.

The Book Has 16 Chapters

Scobie took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to share a photo of the first page of the chapter list, revealing that the book was at the printers. He revealed there were 16 chapters in total, teasing nine of them.

What Really Happened During the Queen's Final Days

Her Royal Highness Queen Elizabeth II

The first chapter of the book is about the death of Queen Elizabeth. It is titled "The Queen and Her Piper: Elizabeth II's Final Days" and will likely provide insight into what really went down during those final hours as the family scurried to Balmoral.

The Transition of Power

A lot of rumors were swirling about King Charles taking over and fears for the monarchy. The second chapter, "Shaky Ground, the Queen is Dead, the Monarchy Faces Trouble," will likely provide inside knowledge about the transition of power from Queen Elizabeth to her son Charles.

King Charles: Who He Really Is

The third chapter is titled "'Oh God I Hate This,' King Charles's Premiere." It will likely discuss the personality of Charles and his shake first days on the throne, including plenty of blunders.

The Royal Campaign to Turn Things Around

The following chapter is called "Remembrance of Things Past: The Ongoing Campaign to Make the Royals Great Again." It will probably be focusing on the family's desperate efforts to revamp their reputation.

King Charles' Legal Issues

In "Baggage: the Lingering Trials of King Charles," Scobie will likely delve into the serious corruption allegations against Charles, including one that he received over 3 million euros in cash from a wealthy Qatari donor stuffed into shopping and travel bags.

The Prince Andrew Cover Up

Scobie has already discussed the double royal standards between the treatment of Prince Andrew and that of the Sussexes. He will likely elaborate on that in the chapter "The Fall of Prince Andrew; Scandal, Shame and Silencing Jane Doe."

Racism Within the Royal Family

One question that is still on everyone's minds? Who is the Royal racist both Harry and Meghan have mentioned? Scobie may reveal their identity in "Race and the Royals: Institutional Bigotry and Denial."

The Real Prince William

Scobie will likely do a deep dive on Prince William and is likely referencing the physical fight he reportedly initiated with Prince Harry in the chapter "Gloves On: Prince William, Heir To The Throne."
