Woman Lost 100 Pounds While Still Eating 8 Delicious Meals, Including Mac and Cheese and Spaghetti
Sylvia Glass is a health coach with lots of great meal ideas.
Learning and incorporating healthy habits into your lifestyle is a key component to losing weight, most health experts maintain. This is why there are so many diet and fitness influencers on social media. From sharing workout routines to the best meals for weight loss, these men and women help inspire others to prioritize their health, oftentimes by making small but meaningful changes to their lives. Sylvia Glass is one of the fitspirational influencers on the rise. The health coach, who lost 100 pounds to get into the best shape of her life, shares lots of high protein meals that helped her achieve her goals.
One of Sylvia's key messages is that you don't have to starve yourself or miss out on delicious meals if you want to lose weight. She claims that you can do so by eating modified versions of your favorite meals.
She recently shared a TikkTokk detailing some of her go-tos. "My favorite high-protein meals 100 pounds down," she wrote on her @syl.eats profile.
"Shocker, you can have delicious food and still achieve your goals," she added in the video clip, highlighting the meals.
Her first meal on the list? Her version of mac and cheese, Buffalo chicken mac and cheese.
She then added two more chicken dishes: BBQ chicken salad and Marry Me Chicken.
She also eats a lot of protein pasta dishes, including shrimp feta pasta, bruschetta chicken pasta, and instead of traditional spaghetti and meatballs, Sylvia swapped the pasta for squash with her spaghetti squash and meatballs. "So much pasta!? Yum," commented a follower. "Yes ma'am," Sylvia responded.
And, instead of a burger and fries, Sylvia ditched the processed carbohydrates in the form of a bun and placed a burger patty on fries with all the fixings for her loaded burger fries.
Sylvia also shares her orders from popular fast-food restaurants, including Panera.
In another recent Instagram post, she shared her tips on meal prep, using simple, primarily prepared and frozen food. "30-minute meal prep for beginners!! This is by far my favorite way to prepare my meals each week! When reheating, feel free to microwave or pop in the air fryer for 5 minutes to get those veggies extra crispy!" she captioned the post.
