The latest star to transform their body and life by getting into shape is Sister Wives star Antonio "Tony" Padron. The 28-year-old husband of Sister Wives star Mykelti Brown Padron lost a whopping 100 pounds in just ten months, sharing his experience in a new social media post. How did he do it? Here are some of his top weight loss hacks.

Tony maintains that "Long term consistency is the only way to true weight loss," in his new post.   "It's not a dramatic drop. Just a gradual slope downwards," he added.

Tony does regular weigh-ins. "I remember at the beginning actually being worried and anxious about weighing myself. Worried that I wouldn't see any budge in weight difference. Worried that I would see too much progress and stop my new habits. I logged every time I stepped on the scale and made a graph of it," he wrote in his post.

Tony adds that "keeping that gym life" is also crucial. In recent months he has been sharing lots of social media posts from his workouts. He even started boxing. "Huge Shout out to Amy for kicking my Ass in my first Boxing Class ,and Omar for inviting me . Yes I was a pool of sweat !" he captioned a post.

"Taking the right supplements," has also helped Tony shed weight, he claims. He is a fun of Plexus, a supplement company aimed at restoring gut health and aiding with weight loss.

Tony also makes sure to hydrate. In his latest Instagram post, Tony stands next to a six-pack of Gatorade. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Take a Hike

Tony has also incorporated other health habits into his life, like hiking. "Could there be a better way to spend Sunday morning, than hiking in Nature !?" he captioned a recent post.
