One favorite type of video on the social media site involves influencers sharing unusual weight loss foods. Recently a woman has gone viral for her go-to treat, no-bake brownie bites that are actually healthy and aided in her weight loss.

Gen (@gensgym) is a TikTok influencer who lost a whopping 50 pounds in just under a year by modifying her diet and adding exercise.

She Claims These No-Bake Brownie Bites Helped Her Lose Weight

In a recent video she revealed one of her favorite sweet treats – gluten-free, no bake brownie bites that are "amazing for meal prep" she says.

She Combines Almond Flour, Almond Butter, Honey

The first part of the recipe involves combining three-quarters of a cup of almond flour, a quarter cup of almond butter, and a tablespoon and a half of honey.

She Adds Unsweetened Almond Milk and Cocoa Powder

Next, she adds a tablespoon of unsweetened almond milk and two tablespoons of cocoa powder to the bowl.

She Adds Dark Chocolate Chips

Finally, for a little added chocolate, she tosses in two tablespoons of dark chocolate chips into the bowl.

She then mixes together all the ingredients and then rolls the mixture into nine balls.

For breakfast she eats "a balance plate" with "protein and lots of color." It consists of things like a half a bagel with cream cheese, fruit, scrambled eggs and veggies. For a snack she has an apple and a packet of Justin's Peanut Butter.
