Woman Lost 50 Pounds by Eating No-Bake Brownie Bites
TikTok influencer Gen claims these gluten-free treats are tasty and healthy.
TikTok has become a popular place for fitspiration, with influencers regularly sharing videos about how they stay in shape. From What I Eat in a Day videos to workout routines, there is no lack of advice about how to lose weight and transform your health. One favorite type of video on the social media site involves influencers sharing unusual weight loss foods. Recently a woman has gone viral for her go-to treat, no-bake brownie bites that are actually healthy and aided in her weight loss.
Gen (@gensgym) is a TikTok influencer who lost a whopping 50 pounds in just under a year by modifying her diet and adding exercise.
In a recent video she revealed one of her favorite sweet treats – gluten-free, no bake brownie bites that are "amazing for meal prep" she says.
The first part of the recipe involves combining three-quarters of a cup of almond flour, a quarter cup of almond butter, and a tablespoon and a half of honey.
Next, she adds a tablespoon of unsweetened almond milk and two tablespoons of cocoa powder to the bowl.
Finally, for a little added chocolate, she tosses in two tablespoons of dark chocolate chips into the bowl.
She then mixes together all the ingredients and then rolls the mixture into nine balls.
"Place in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes before enjoying," she instructed her followers.
In another video she shares her before and after transformation, revealing more details about her diet and everything she eats in a day.
For breakfast she eats "a balance plate" with "protein and lots of color." It consists of things like a half a bagel with cream cheese, fruit, scrambled eggs and veggies. For a snack she has an apple and a packet of Justin's Peanut Butter.
For lunch she has a salad with chicken, avocado, and other leftovers. The most surprising meal is dinner, a DIY pepperoni pizza cooked in a wood fire oven.
