Hit Singer Lost 55 Pounds With These 3 Simple Changes

Post Malone is one of the hottest singers of the moment. One thing that hasn't changed since he skyrocketed to fame, is that his songs have been flooding the Billboard charts for a few years and counting. Over the past year there has been a major change in the Circles singer's life: He has lost a massive amount of weight. In a recent interview he revealed the three major changes he made to get into the best shape of his life.
The singer, whose real name is Austin Richard Post, looks dramatically different in one of his most recent Instagram posts, a full-length selfie showing off his weight loss.
"Introducing Viceroy Chungus VonBattlepass, i love you," he captioned the snap, giving himself a new nickname.
On August 8, he revealed on The Joe Rogan Experience podcast that he was down a whopping 55 pounds, going from 240 lbs. to 185 lbs.
"Shows, soda," he said about the secret of his weight loss. "Soda is so bad. It's so bad, but it's so good. I'll have a soda. I'm a bad boy and I'll have a Monster energy (drink)."
He explained that after having "a great show," he would indulge in his soda cravings. "I had a great show, and you know what, I'm feeling a little bit naughty. I'm gonna have myself a Coke on ice," he said.
In April, Post addressed rumors that he was one of the many stars who had jumped on the Ozempic weight loss drug wagon. "I wanted to say that I'm not doing drugs, I've had a lot of people ask me about my weight loss," he said.
He continued to reveal secret number two. "I'd suppose, performance on stage. I'm having a lot of fun performing, and have never felt healthier," he said.
The musician also welcomed a child in 2022, which motivated him to make changes. "I guess dad life kicked in and I decided to kick soda."
Having a child also motivated him to change his diet and he is "eating better so I can be around for a long time for this little angel," he said.

Post has two more vices he hopes to give up. "Next up is smokes and brews, but I like to consider myself a patient man…" he concluded.
