After being traded to the New York Jets, the quarterback has a new mansion to call home.
This Spring, Aaron Rodgers was traded by the Green Bay Packers to the New York Jets. In honor of his new job, the quarterback has relocated from the Midwest and reportedly splashed out a whopping $9.5 million on a mansion in the suburbs of the Big Apple. According to the New York Post, the star athlete recently closed on a house in Montclair, New Jersey – and it is beyond luxurious. Here are the most over-the-top features of Aaron Rodgers' new pad.
Aaron's new home is reportedly huge, with eight bedrooms and ten bathrooms. The mansion is tucked away at the end of a private driveway and surrounded by two-and-a-half acres of mature trees and gorgeous landscaping.
The new construction home is incredibly sleek, contemporary in design, and an "architectural masterpiece," with lots of windows bringing in natural light. The floors appear to be glossy white marble.
It is just less than an hour away from New York City and 20 minutes from Met Life stadium. However, it boasts breathtaking panoramic views of the New York City skyline, from nearly every room in the home.
The home features a modern, gourmet kitchen with a center island and bar seating. There is an adjacent dining area and a living room. The home has an open floor plan, which naturally flows.
Each one of the eight bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom. The sprawling master on the second floor boasts an impressive walk-in closet and dream bathroom, outfitted with luxurious marble, with a standalone tub and separate shower.
On the second floor, there is also a stunning home gym, where the athlete can train during the off-season. In the listing video, it is set up as a professional-looking yoga studio.
Aaron will also get to enjoy a stunning media room, a home office, a glass-enclosed wine cellar with seating next to it, a three-car garage with a charging station.
