In the video she chops about four baby gold potatoes into quarters and seasons them with paprika, salt, and garlic powder and drizzles avocado oil on top. She throws them into the air fryer for 12 minutes at 350 degrees.

Using a vegetable chopper she dices up a variety of veggies of her choice. She then squeezes lime on top and adds some seasoning. In an air fryer she cooks some halved tilapia and adds a lot of seasoning.
